Methods, fees, onboarding and integration. All in one place.
Which payment methods can I offer?
Flux offers JazzCash, Easypaisa and QR Pay through the OneQR / Raast provider flow. Customers only see methods enabled for the merchant and available for their payment.
What are the published transaction fees?
JazzCash: 3.8% MDR. Easypaisa: 3.8% MDR. QR Pay: 2.5% MDR. Agreed account rates, fixed fees and reserves may apply.
How does hosted checkout work?
Create a payment link from your merchant dashboard or integration, then share or redirect to the returned checkout URL. Flux displays the amount and available payment methods. Your backend verifies the payment before you fulfil the order.
Do I need merchant verification?
Yes. Complete your account and business application, supply the requested documents and settlement details, and pass the merchant review before accepting live payments.
How do automated API payouts work?
Connect your business software to the Flux Payout API to initiate payout requests programmatically from your available merchant balance. The 2.5% service charge applies to API-initiated payouts and covers this automated service. Your integration can submit requests and follow verified status updates without manually entering each request in the web portal.
What is the charge for payouts through the official web portal?
Payouts initiated directly in the official Flux web portal carry a 1.6% service charge. Sign in to your merchant dashboard, review your available balance, select a verified payout destination and submit the request.
Why do API payouts and portal payouts have different rates?
The pricing reflects how a payout is initiated. Official web portal payouts are submitted directly by the merchant and carry a 1.6% charge. Payout API requests are initiated programmatically through your integrated business systems and carry a 2.5% charge for the automated service.
Will my bank receive the transfer instantly?
Instant transfers are supported when the provider, destination and merchant account are enabled and eligible. Credit is confirmed by the provider; bank outages, account review or processing can delay a transfer. Incoming funds must first become available.
Can I try checkout without paying?
Yes. The interactive checkout on this page is a visual demonstration. It never sends a charge request. Use the platform’s test credentials for a separate integration test.
